Refund Policy

Unfortunately, once made, custom-fit golf clubs cannot be returned to us.

Any normal item can be returned within 7 working days of delivery,  provided it is new and unused. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs except for faulty items.

We will either repair or replace any faulty item. Please notify us as soon as the fault develops, and we will deal with the problem as quickly as possible.

We will endeavour to sort out a problem within 5 days of receiving the complaint. Please report non-delivery after 7 days of placing the order. IT MUST BE before 21 days if delivery/non delivery is within the UK. If an item needs replacing please phone or email, within 14 days of receiving the goods, so we can make arrangements.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the order.

Cancellation Policy

Once an item has been assembled, you cannot cancel the order. If you have ordered in error, please call us as soon as possible to cancel.

When you sign up to our mailing list we only need to know your e-mail address and you will be sent details of new products and special offers in the store.

Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to supplied goods. If you feel that a product description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.
