How long does it take to complete my order?
We endeavour to have your clubs assembled, packed, and dispatched within one working day of ordering. Golf clubs take several hours to assemble, and need to be left overnight before we can dispatch them to you, to ensure proper setting of glues and fixatives. Therefore in peak times, there may be more of a delay. If you haven't received your items within the quoted delivery timeframe, do not hesitate to contact us.

Do the products come with a warranty?
All items we sell  have a full 12 month warranty against faulty craftsmanship and defects. In the unlikely event a problem develops, contact us - we can arrange a replacement or repair for you.

How long does express delivery take?
An express delivery guarantees that your order will be given priority over standard orders, and will be made at the earliest possible opportunity. Once the assembly process is complete (usually 1 day after order been placed), your item will be shipped on a Next Working Day service.
